Welcome to Rewear Studio. These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for using our website and shopping with us. We've kept things as clear and straightforward as possible—please take a moment to read through them.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Rewear Studio website.

By using our site, you confirm that you:

  • Will not use the website or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. Product Information & Condition

Rewear Studio specializes in carefully curated secondhand fashion. Unless otherwise stated, all items are pre-owned.

Because our pieces are secondhand, minor signs of wear or small imperfections may be present—we consider this part of the character of pre-loved clothing. Any significant flaws or damage will always be disclosed in the product description and photographs.

We make every effort to accurately describe, photograph, and represent each item. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings
  • Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Promotional pricing is temporary
  • Rewear Studio reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing mistakes

5. Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance
  • Rewear Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity
  • Because our inventory is limited and one of a kind, items may occasionally become unavailable due to inventory errors

6. Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order shortly after placing it. Here's what to know:

  • You may request to cancel an order as soon as possible after placing it
  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • Because every item is one of a kind, orders cannot be modified after they've been placed—this includes changing products, sizes, shipping methods, or shipping addresses once processing has begun

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We aim to accommodate cancellation requests received within 6 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

7. Payment

Payment is collected at the time an order is placed, and applicable taxes are charged at checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

8. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $12 CAD (estimated 3–5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $20 CAD (estimated 1–3 business days)
  • Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD
  • Tracking information is provided for every shipment
  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier
  • Rewear Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered accurately. Rewear Studio is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly entered addresses
  • At this time, Rewear Studio ships within Canada only
  • Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and free shipping eligibility are subject to change at any time without prior notice
  • Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively
  • The shipping charges and promotions displayed at checkout are the rates that apply to your order at the time it is placed

9. Returns & Refunds

Purchases made through Rewear Studio are subject to our separate Return Policy, which outlines eligibility, timelines, and conditions for returns.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photographs, graphics, branding, logos, product descriptions, and other original content are the intellectual property of Rewear Studio. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews or other content to our website, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use that content
  • You grant Rewear Studio permission to display it on our website or in marketing materials
  • Your content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rewear Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been confirmed

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Rewear Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Authenticity

Rewear Studio carefully inspects every item before listing it for sale. Product descriptions and condition assessments are completed to the best of our knowledge.

Unless explicitly stated, items are not authenticated by an independent third-party authentication service. If an item is advertised as authentic, this reflects Rewear Studio's assessment based on available information and inspection.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Every item at Rewear Studio is unique. Most products are available in only one size and one quantity. Once an item is sold, identical replacements are generally unavailable.

Condition Grades

Rewear Studio uses its own curated condition grading system to help customers understand the condition of each item before purchasing:

  • New — Brand new with tags or never worn
  • Studio Select — Like new with virtually no signs of wear
  • Excellent — Minimal signs of wear, carefully maintained
  • Well Maintained — Minor wear consistent with gentle use
  • Good — Visible signs of wear that do not affect function
  • Archive Condition — Noticeable wear, aging, or repairs reflected in the price

A few additional notes on our grading process:

  • Every item is individually inspected before being listed
  • The assigned condition grade reflects Rewear Studio's professional assessment based on the overall appearance, functionality, and wear of the item
  • Any notable flaws beyond normal wear are clearly disclosed in the product description and photographs
  • Because secondhand and vintage items naturally vary, condition assessments involve a degree of professional judgment

Accuracy of Measurements

Garment measurements are taken by hand using a consistent measuring method, so minor variations may occur. We encourage customers to compare our provided measurements with a similar garment they already own before purchasing, as vintage sizing, brand sizing, and garment fit can vary considerably.
