Rewear Studio Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping responsibilities—so you always know what to expect once you hit "checkout."
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays
- During collection launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping
- $12 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping
- $20 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Free Standard Shipping
- Available on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated)
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and free shipping promotions may change at any time without prior notice. The shipping charges shown at checkout are the rates that apply to your order at the time of purchase.
Shipping Locations
Rewear Studio currently ships within Canada only. International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it in the future.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take a little time to appear after your shipment leaves us.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, labour disruptions, or other circumstances outside Rewear Studio's control. While we do our best to get your order to you promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
- Rewear Studio is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately so we can help correct the address
- Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Rewear Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages that occur during transit.
If your shipment is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. We're always happy to help you open a shipping claim or locate a package whenever possible.
Returned to Sender Packages
If an order is returned to Rewear Studio because:
- the shipping address was incorrect,
- delivery was refused, or
- the package was not collected,
you'll be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the order resent.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, the purchase may be refunded according to our Return Policy, less any original shipping charges and any shipping fees incurred by Rewear Studio.
Shipping Delays
Rewear Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Labour strikes
- Carrier service interruptions
- Public holidays
- Other unforeseen events
One-of-a-Kind Inventory
Because every item at Rewear Studio is unique, replacement items generally cannot be provided if a shipment is lost after delivery has been confirmed. If a shipment is lost in transit, we'll work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
